These petitions have been filed (i) to condone the delay of 360 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant, namely Kuppusamy, (ii) to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st appellant and, (iii) to bring on record the petitioners 2 to 7 herein, as legal representatives of the deceased 1st appellant and array them as appellants 3 to 8, in S.A. No.103 of 2023, respectively.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent did not raise any objection in allowing these petitions and this Court is satisfied with the reasons attributed in the affidavits filed in support of the above petitions. Hence, these Civil Miscellaneous Petitions are allowed.
