ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 3 rd respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.5122/2022-C dated 13.08.2021 and to dispose of the same, within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2.Heard Mr.V.Sekar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.P.Sathish, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on

3/5 behalf of respondents 1 to 3 and Mr.S.Ravichandran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 4 th respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the materials placed before this Court, there shall be a direction to the 3 rd respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner in Na.Ka.No.5122/2022-C dated 13.08.2021 after affording opportunity to the 4 th respondent and final orders shall be passed, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
