3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in paragraph No.10 of the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the petition is ordered and the delay of 1295 days is condoned.

4.Registry is directed to number the Civil Revision Petition if the papers are otherwise in order and list the same for admission.
