Admittedly, the order, dated 23.10.2024 passed in A. No.4309 of 2024 has not been complied with by the applicant in this application. As per the condition stipulated in the said order, the applicant has to deposit a sum of Rs.1,27,50,000/- to the credit of the suit, but till date, no money 1/3

has been deposited. The time given for complying with the condition to the applicant was eight weeks from the date of the said order, i.e. 23.10.2024. Since no money has been deposited much less the sum of Rs.1,27,50,000/- the question of entertaining this application seeking for extension of time for making the deposit does not arise and it does not deserve any merit. Accordingly, A. No.6625 of 2024 stands dismissed. 08.01.2025 vsi2 2/3
