ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the petitioner to quash the case in Crime No.11 of 2023 on the file of the Central Crime Branch-1/the first respondent herein.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the investigation was already over and the charge sheet was also filed before the CCB, CBCID Court, Egmore, Chennai, on 30.12.2024 and the same has also been taken on file in C.C.No.3485 of 2025.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 2/4

4. However, the petitioner is at liberty to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
