ORDER

The petitioner seeks issuance of writ of mandamus to direct the respondents to make corrections in the FMB pertaining to S.No.229/1A and S.No.229/1B in Aanaikuppam Revenue Village, Nannilam Taluk, based on the title deeds and possession of the respective parties by conducting survey, in accordance with law.

2. The learned Government Advocate who appeared on behalf of the respondents states that the Tahsildar, Nanilam Taluk, has fixed the date on 07.10.2025 to survey the subject lands.

3. Recording the submissions of the learned Government Advocate, the 2/4

writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the Tahsildar, the second respondent to conduct the survey based on the title deeds produced by the respective parties and conclude the survey expeditiously.
