ORDER
The petitioner is the husband in a matrimonial proceeding. The petitioner, husband seeks transfer of H.M.O.P.No.90 of 2020 pending on the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu, to be transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu.
2. The learned counsel for the respondent states that the respondent/wife has no serious objection for the transfer request of the 1/4
petitioner / husband being proceeded.
3. I have gone through the affidavit filed in support of the Transfer petition. This Court is also of the opinion that the parties would be better placed to address their grievance before the Family Court which has been constituted to try only matrimonial disputes. Hence, I see merits in the request made.
4. In the light of the above, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in HMOP.No.90 of 2020 is hereby withdrawn from the file of the Principal District Court, Chengalpattu and transferred to the file of the Family Court, Chengalpattu.
