The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 05.09.2025 for the alleged offence under Sections 126(2), 296(b), 115(2), 311, 351(3) 324(2) of BNSS in Crime No.441 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.
2. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other 1/4
accused waylaid the defacto complainant's auto and at knife point robbed a sum of Rs.600/- from him, criminally intimidated him and also damaged the auto. Hence, the case.
3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he is in prison from 05.09.2025 . He further submitted that the petitioner is ready to abide by any stringent condition that may be imposed by this Court. Hence, he prayed for grant of bail to the petitioner.
4. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police reiterated the prosecution case and reported that investigation in this case is not concluded and the petitioner is having seven previous cases, including murder case. Hence, he opposed to grant bail to the petitioner.
5. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.
6. Considering the fact that the investigation is also pending and the 2/4
petitioner is having seven previous cases, including murder case, I am not inclined to grant bail to this petitioner.
7. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 08.10.2025 Vv To
