This Criminal Appeal is allowed and the judgment dated 04.08.2025 made by the learned Sessions Judge, Mahila Court at Perambalur, Perambalur District, in Spl.S.C.No.26 of 2023 is set aside. The appellant is acquitted of all charges tried in Spl.S.C.No.26 of 2023. It is reported by the learned counsel on either side that the appellant is now in incarceration. The appellant/accused is directed to be set at liberty forthwith unless his custody is otherwise required in connection with any other case. Fine amount, if any paid, shall be refunded to the appellant forthwith. Bail bond, if any executed, shall stand cancelled.
