By an order dated 14.11.2025, I directed the respondents 2 and 3 to exhume the dead body buried in the land of the writ petitioner and to decently re-intern the same in the notified burial ground.
2. When the matter was called, the learned Additional Government Pleader has produced a proceeding of the Block Development Officer, Panruti. It is stated that the body was exhumed and decently re-interned in the notified area. The said proceedings is scanned and extracted hereunder. 4/8

2. As the said order has been complied with, no further order is necessary.
