When the matter is taken up today for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that earlier, the petitioner was granted bail by this Court and after coming out on bail, since he did not comply with the condition, the bail granted to the petitioner stands cancelled. He further submitted that the option available to the petitioner is only to challenge the order of cancellation of bail.
