ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 27.09.2025 and consequently provide police protection for construction of building in his property.

2. The case of the petitioner is that he is a bonafide purchaser of the subject property on 29.09.2022 and he is in possession of the property ever since the date of his purchase. While so, the third respondent, who has no right, title or interest over the property is unlawfully attempting to interfere with the peaceful possession of the petitioner. Hence, the petitioner had filed a suit in O.S.No.216 of 2025 before the District Munsif, Sriperumbudur. Now the third

respondent is attempting to intrude into the property and to stop the construction in the property. Hence, he had filed the present petition seeking aforesaid relief.

3. It is relevant to note that the petitioner, who had filed a suit, had failed to obtain interim injunction and now he cannot achieve indirectly, which he cannot achieve directly. However, it is for the petitioner to approach the Civil Court where the suit is pending by the filing necessary documents for the relief of injunction. Hence, I do not find any merits in this petition.
