against the petitioner, its business and commercial activities and also its warehouses and other constructions located in S.Nos.464/1, 464/2A, 464/2B, 464/3A and 463/1 all at Nemalur Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District pending disposal of the online applications dated 20.02.2025 under Parivesh Portal by the petitioner made to the Government seeking approval in respect of the Mud Strip Road in S.No.470 of Nemallur Village and also online application dated 12.04.2025 pending before Directorate of Town & Country Planning in respect of the petitioner's warehouse constructions detailed above. O R D E R
Pending the writ petition, the application filed by the petitioner for approval of the warehouse building has been rejected on the ground that the proposal does not meet with the requirements of Development Control Regulations Rule 35(1)(b)(A), specifying the minimum road width to be 9 meters.
2.An appeal is provided for against the said order to the State of Tamil Nadu, through its Member Secretary to the Government, Housing and Urban Development Department.

3.A copy of the order passed by the authority on 21.04.2025, has been served on Mr.N.R.Anantha Rama Krishnan today. In terms of the order, the petitioner is at liberty to challenge the said order within two months from today. Hence, the request of Mr.N.R.Anantha Rama Krishnan to withdraw this writ petition to file an appeal challenging the said order is granted.
4.For a period of four (4) weeks, status quo as on today has to be maintained. It is open to the petitioner to move the appellate authority for interim orders.
5.In the result, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the above liberty. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
