Mr.P.Anandha Kumar, learned Government Advocate takes notice on behalf of the respondents. With the consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission itself.

This Writ Petition has been filed seeking direction to the first respondent to immediately act on the petitioner's representations dated 03.03.2025 & 27.06.2025 and issue the necessary Certificate under relevant Forest Conservation Act, 1980 & Rules 2003 regarding non availability of Non Forest Land for access to enable the petitioner to get the necessary approval for usage of forest land in S.No.470, Nemalur 2/5
Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District as access to its warehouses located in S.Nos.464/1, 464/2A, 464/2B, 464/3A and 463/1 all at Nemalur Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the the petitioner made representations to the respondents on 03.03.2025 and 27.06.2025 seeking to issue the necessary Certificate under relevant Forest Conservation Act, 1980 & Rules 2003 regarding non availability of Non Forest Land for access to enable the petitioner to get the necessary approval for usage of forest land in S.No.470, Nemalur Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District as access to its warehouses located in S.Nos.464/1, 464/2A, 464/2B, 464/3A and 463/1 all at Nemalur Village, Gummidipoondi Taluk, Thiruvallur District.
4. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents would submit that the 1st respondent will consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2025 on merits and in accordance with law, within the stipulated period fixed by this Court.

In view of the limited scope of relief sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the 1st respondent to pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 27.06.2025, on merits and in accordance with law, after affording an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and interested persons concerned, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner.
6. With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
