ORDER

The Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner/wife, seeking transfer of the proceedings in HMOP.No.60 of 2024 from the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sathiyamangalam, to the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, for joint trial with HMOP.No.780 of 2024.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the parties.

3.The learned counsel for the respondent/husband fairly submits that in the interest of both the parties, the matters have to be jointly tried and therefore, the respondent has no serious objection for the transfer petition being accepted.

4.In view of the fact that there is a connected proceeding pending before the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The case in HMOP.No.60 of 2024 is withdrawn from the file of the learned Subordinate Judge, Sathiyamangalam, and transferred to the file of the Additional Family Court, Coimbatore, to be jointly tried along with HMOP.No.780 of 2024.
