ORDER
The petitioner, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offence under Sections 20(b)(ii)(B) and 8(c) of NDPS Act and 25(1) (a) of Arms Act in Cr.No.302 of 2025 on the file of the respondent police seeks anticipatory bail.
2. The petitioner has earlier moved bail petition in Crl.OP.No.18640 of 2025 and this Court has considered the same and dismissed on merits dated 1/3
23.09.2025. Immediately, on 30.09.2025, this petition has been filed by suppressing the earlier dismissal order and the petitioner has also filed an affidavit, wherein it is mentioned that this is the first petition in this regard. This clearly shows that the petitioner has abused the process of law. Hence, this Court is inclined to impose costs of Rs.5,000/- to be paid by the petitioner to the District Legal Service Authority, Chennai, for such abuse of process.
3. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. 10.10.2025 Vv To
