ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. After several rounds of litigation, now the writ petition has been filed by the petitioner against the issuance of notice dated 19.09.2025.

3. We have gone through the order dated 08.03.2024 passed in W.P.No.23700 of 2023, followed by other orders passed from time to time in various writ petitions, including the order dated

17.4.2024 passed in W.P.No.10607 of 2024, the order dated 04.12.2024 passed in Review Application (Writ) No.195 of 2024 and the final order dated 24.04.2025 passed in W.P.No.10607 of 2024, and the impugned notice, it appears, is a sequitur to the aforesaid orders.

4. It is, however, stated that aggrieved by the order dated 24.04.2025 passed in W.P.No.10607 of 2024, Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.17536 of 2025 has been preferred by the petitioner, which was listed before the Hon'ble Supreme Court on 11.08.2025, wherein an adjournment was sought by the respondent therein to submit counter-affidavit/reply.

5. Learned counsel for the private respondent would submit that they have already submitted their counter-affidavit/reply before the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

6. It appears that this writ petition has been filed only because a consequential notice has been issued, that too, based on the directions contained therein. Therefore, nothing remains to be

decided in the present petition.

7. The writ petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. We leave it open for the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.
