ORDER
This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para No.6 of the order passed in Crl.O.P.No.24712 of 2025 dated 10.09.2025.
2. Para No.6 of the order dated 10.09.2025 made in Crl.O.P.No.24712 of 20205 reads as follows:- "6. Accordingly, the each petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) as non-refundable deposit to the credit of Advocates Clerks Welfare Association, Coimbatore, and on such deposit, the petitioners are ordered to be released on bail on executing a separate bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties, in which one surety must be a blood surety for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District Judge, Special Court for Essential Commodities Act Cases, Coimbatore;"
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to modify the condition that instead of blood surety, his wife shall be allowed to stand as a surety.
4. Considering the facts and circumstances, this Court is inclined to modify the condition and the wife of the petitioner shall stand as a surety instead of blood surety.
5. This petition is ordered accordingly.
