COMMON ORDER These petitions have been filed seeking to permit the petitioner to deposit the monies payable to the claimants before the Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Puducherry. 2.The petitioners are permitted to deposit the entire amount before the Industrial Tribunal cum Labour Court, Puducherry.
3.On such deposit being made, the writ petitioners/ Thozhilalar Sangam is granted liberty to file respective claim petition for withdrawal of money for respective individual with necessary proof before the Labour Court and the Labour Court is directed to disburse the amount to the respective individual after verification. 4.The workman are entitled for interest at 12% per annum from the date of the order of this Court in W.P.Nos.26809 of 2017 and 8140 of 2018 i.e., 22.04.2025 till the date of payment. Paragraph no.15.2 of the order dated 22.04.2025 in W.P.Nos.26809 of 2017 and 8140 of 2018 is modified accordingly.
