ORDER

Today, the matter is listed under the caption ''for being mentioned'' at the instance of the learned counsel for the petitioner.

2. It brought to the knowledge of this court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that there is typographical error in para No.5 (i)(ii)(iii) of the order dated 11.12.2025 and the same may be replaced as follow: (i) The petitioner shall execute a personal bond for a sum of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand only) to the satisfaction of the Court of Essential Commodities Act and Special Court for the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Salem to the credit of Crime No.355 of 2024 pending on the file of respondent Police.

(ii) The petitioner shall deposit the original RC Book of the seized lorry before the Court of Essential Commodities Act and Special Court for the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Salem. (iii) The Concerned Court of Essential Commodities Act and Special Court for the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, Salem shall not hand over the original RC Book of the lorry to petitioner till the completion of trial.

3. In all other aspects, the order dated 11.12.2025 in Crl.R.C No. 1666 of

2025 shall remain unaltered. Registry is directed to issue a fresh order copy to all concerned, after carrying out the aforesaid correction. 09-01-2026 pbl Index:Yes/No Speaking/Non-speaking order Internet:Yes Note: Issue order copy on 12.01.2026.
