O R D E R

The civil revision petition seeks for expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.243 of 2021 on the file of the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram.

2. When the matter came up for admission on 09.01.2025, I called for a report from the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram to state as to how long he requires to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.243 of 2021.

3. The learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram, Chengalpet District has sent a report stating that now the H.M.O.P.No.243 of 2021 has been posted for oral arguments on 24.01.2025. After hearing the oral arguments, he will dispose of the said HMOP before the end of February, 2025.

4. Taking into consideration the report of the learned Trial Judge, there shall be a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge at Tambaram, Chengalpet District to dispose of H.M.O.P.No.243 of 2021 on or before 30.04.2025.
