This petition has been filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner by order dated 04.12.2024 to deposit a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- while producing the sureties within 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order, as the condition imposed in paragraph 7(b) of the order passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.27588 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024.

Considering the submissions made on both sides, this petition is ordered and time is extended by two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, to deposit a sum of Rs.13,00,000/- while executing sureties and to comply with the conditions, imposed on the petitioner by this Court in Crl.O.P. No.27588 of 2024 dated 04.12.2024. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
