2.Heard the learned counsel appearing on either sides. Taking into consideration the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to replace the following paragraphs as Paragraph Nos.1 & 2 of the order dated 20.12.2024 made in Crl.OP.No.31896 of 2024 and issue fresh order copy:

"The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition with liberty to approach the concerned Sessions Court and she has also made an endorsement to that effect.
