This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26800 of 2024, dated 25.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:30 a.m., until 1/3

further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report has been filed before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, Egmore, which is yet to be numbered. 3.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.26800 of 2024, dated 25.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate on 03.02.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Magistrate concerned.
