This Civil Revision Petition has been filed praying for a speedy disposal of Original Suit in O.S.No.55 of 2021 pending on the file of District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram, Chengalpattu District.
2. Brief facts which are necessary for the disposal of the Civil Revision Petition are as follows:- The petitioner has filed a suit in O.S.No.55 of 2021 on the file of the District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram, seeking for the relief of directing the respondents/defendants to deliver the vacant possession of the suit property. Before the trial Court most of the adjournments are done at the instance of the respondents. The act of the respondents clearly reveals that Suit has been willfully getting adjourned repeatedly, in order to delay the disposal of the suit. Hence, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of the instant Civil Revision Petition. 2/4
3. Heard Mr.R.Parthiban, learned counsel for the petitioner.
4. A bare reading of the materials available on record, it could be deduced that I.A is pending before the trial Court. In such a view of the matter, direction cannot be given for speedy disposal of O.S.No.55 of 2021, pending on the file of the learned District Munsif-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Thirukazhukundram, Chengalpattu District.
5. In the result, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed, at the admission stage itself. No costs.
