ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every Saturday at about 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Hon'ble Court in Crl.O.P.No.19663 of 2024 dated 16.08.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation is pending.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 6(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.19663 of 2024 dated 16.08.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every first Saturday of the month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, Mathur Police Station, Krishnagiri District.
