This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27449 OF 2024, dated 30.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before POCSO Court, on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed before the learned POSCO District Judge, Salem and the case has been posted for hearing on 22.01.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.27449 OF 2024, dated 30.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned POSCO District Judge, Salem on 22.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned POSCO District Judge.
