O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondent to file the final report in Crime No.620 of 2021 on the file of the respondent police.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police and perused the materials available on record.

3. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police on instructions submitted that after completion of investigation in Crime No.620 of 2021, RCS.No.40 of 2024 has been filed before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram on 15.12.2024.

4. Since the respondent-Police has completed the investigation and filed the charge sheet before the magistrate concerned, nothing survives for further adjudication in this Criminal Original Petition.

5. After issuing notice to the petitioner/defacto complainant, the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pallavaram is directed to dispose of the case in RCS.No.40 of 2024 in accordance with law, within a period of two months. On receipt of notice/summon, the petitioner is directed to work out his remedy in the manner known to law.

6. With the abovesaid direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
