This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19671 of 2024, dated 23.08.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police, daily at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report has been filed in S.C. No.250 of 2024 before the learned Principal District Judge, Kallakurichi and the case posted for hearing on 10.01.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.19671 of 2024, dated 23.08.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Principal District Judge, Kallakurichi on 10.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge.
