2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed in S.C.No.395 of 2024 before the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ponneri and the next hearing date is fixed on 10.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Para 7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.28500 of 2024 vide order dated 14.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the learned IV Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ponneri on 10.01.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.

4. Accordingly, this criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 Anu To The Inspector of Police, E3 Minjur Police Station, Crime No.369 of 2024 Thiruvallur District.
