ORDER

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 10(iii), the appellant/accused shall stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore Town Police Station at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday until further orders and shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail" passed in Crl.A.No.1329 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024.

3. The condition 10(iii) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.A.No.1329 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024 is modified and the appellant/accused is directed to stay at Vellore and report before the Vellore North Police Station at 10.30 a.m., on every Monday until further orders and shall appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates without fail. All other conditions remain unaltered.

4. The Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered accordingly. 20-01-2025 dk Note to Registry: Issue Order copy today.
