ORDER

This criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed to relax the condition, i.e., the petitioner shall report before the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders imposed by this Court dated 03.07.2024 in Crl.M.P.No.1220 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.143 of 2024.

on instructions, would submit that the petitioner is complying with the conditions regularly.

3. Hence, this Court is of the view that the condition imposed on the petitioner to report before the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, on the first working day of every week at 10.30 a.m., until further orders, can be modified and the petitioner be directed to appear before the learned III Metropolitan Magistrate, George Town, Chennai, once in three months, i.e., on the first working day of January, April, July and October, 2025, at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. All other conditions remain unaltered.
