Prayer: This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.15262 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16848 of 2022 dated 10.10.2022 and modify the same as directing the petitioner to deposit the documents valued for a sum of Rs.1,75,00,000/- instead of depositing cash deposit of Rs.1,75,00,000/- and consequently direct the Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai to return of the cash previously deposited.
ORDER
This Court finds no ground to modify the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.15262 of 2022 in Crl.O.P.No.16848 of 2022. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
