This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25623 of 2024, dated 21.10.2024, that the petitioner shall report before POCSO Court, on all working days at 10:30 a.m., until further orders.

Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and charge sheet has been filed in Spl.C.C. No.196 of 2024 before the Thiruppur Mahila Court and the case is posted for hearing on 09.01.2025.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 6(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.25623 of 2024, dated 21.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the Thiruppur Mahila Court on 09.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the Trial Judge. 4.
