This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by an order dated 20.11.2024 made in Crl.O.P.No.25522 of 2024 that the petitioner shall report before the concerned NDPS Court, Coimbatore, on all working days at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation has been completed and final report has been filed and was not taken on file.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(a) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.25522 of 2024 dated 20.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned NDPS Court, Coimbatore on 03.02.2025 at 10.30 a.m and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judge.
