This petition has been filed to relax the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23694 of 2024, dated 29.10.2024, that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10:00 a.m., until 1/3

further orders.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(a), imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.23694 of 2024, dated 29.10.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every first and third Saturdays at 10:30 a.m., until further orders. 4.
