This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in paragraph No.7(b) of the order dated 14.11.2024 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.28495 of 2024.

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 42 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28495 of 2024 on 14.11.2024 in para No.7(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first Saturday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.

4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 sai To 1.The Inspector of Police, Thirunavalur Police Station.
