This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Para No.7(b) that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.26179 of 2024 by order dated 19.11.2024.

2. The Learned Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and that the investigation is pending.
3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph 7(b) of the order in Crl.O.P.No.26179 of 2024 dated 19.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the first petitioner shall appear before the respondent Police on every first Saturday of the month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders and the second petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
