[Order of the Court was made by S.S. SUNDAR, J.] This application is filed only to grant leave to file a petition to recall the order dated 06.03.2024 made in W.P.No.541 of 2024.

2. The petitioner states that he is aggrieved by the direction issued by this Court in the writ petition that the temple is not an encroachment, but the order of the Court reads as if encroachment by the temple has to be removed.

3. Considering the submissions made, this application to grant leave stands allowed.
