PRAYER: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the records pertaining to the order of detention passed by the second respondent herein and made in R.C.No.454/2024/M6-D.O.61/2024 dated 07.11.2024 and to set aside the same and direct the second respondent to produce the detenu, the petitioner's husband Jagadeeshwaran S/o. Senthilkumar, Male, aged about 29 years, now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal, Chennai before this Court and thereby set him at liberty.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.JOTHIRAMAN, J.) Mr.R.Muniyapparaj, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondents made a submission that the impugned order of detention has already been revoked by the competent Authority vide G.O.Rt.No.8701, Home, Prohibition and Excise (XI) Department, dated 17.12.2024.
Thus, no further adjudication needs to be undertaken and the Habeas Corpus Petition stands closed.
