ORDER

This petition has been filed to modify the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28318 of 2024, dated 13.11.2024, that the petitioner shall report before the Inspector of Police, North Beach Town Police Station daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly and the investigation is completed and final report is filed in P.R.C.No.27 of 2024 before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Panruti and the case is posted for hearing on 27.01.2025.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence, the condition in para 7(b), imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.28318 of 2024, dated 13.11.2024, is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate-II, Panruti on 27.01.2025, thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Trial Judge.
