Side) would submit that three times the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.21683 of 2024 on 05.09.2024 in para No.6(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police as and when required, for interrogation. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered. 02.01.2025 sai To 1.The Inspector of Police, Gudimangalam Police Station, Tiruppur District.
