This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on 21.11.2024 in the bail petition Crl.OP.No.29048 of 2024 in Crime No.21 of 2024 that "7(b) the petitioners shall report before Attur Town Police Station daily at 10.30 am., until further orders."

sai 2.Heard both sides. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner has complied with the condition imposed by this Court for a period of 34 days and investigation is pending in this matter. 3.The condition imposed on the Petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.29048 of 2024 dated 21.11.2024 in para No.7(b) is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on the first and third Saturday of every month at 10.30 am, until further orders.
