2. Learned counsel for the petitioner sought further time to comply with the conditional order dated 14.11.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.15627 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1914 of 2024.

3. On the earlier occasion i.e., on 20.01.2025, this Court passed the following order :

'' Time is extended finally by three weeks from today to comply with the conditional order dated 14.11.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.15627 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1914 of 2024, failing which, the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.15627 of 2024 dated 14.11.2024 granting suspension of sentence shall stand vacated automatically.

2. Post on 12.02.2025.''

Since the petitioner has not complied with the earlier directions of this Court dated 20.01.2025, the suspension of sentence already granted by this Court on 14.11.2024 passed in Crl.M.P.No.15627 of 2024 in Crl.R.C.No.1914 of 2024, is hereby cancelled. The trial Court is directed to secure the petitioner-accused for undergoing remaining period of sentence, if any 12.02.2025 ms 2/4
