ORDER
This Review Application has been filed to review the order dated 16.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.17982 of 2024, thereby directed the second petitioner to map the sanction of five additional post to the respondent college in the Integrated Financial and Human Resources Management System (IFHRMS) portal of the Treasuries and Accounts Department and to disburse the salary and arrears of salary, if any, of the five Assistant Professors appointed by the respondent, within a period of two weeks.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials placed before this Court.
3. The learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the petitioners filed this review on the ground that the second petitioner has no authority to map the sanction of five additional post. The first petitioner alone is the authority to map the sanction of five additional post to the respondent college.
4. Considering the above submissions, the direction issued by this Court in W.P.No.17982 of 2024, dated 16.07.2024, as against the second petitioner is now clarified that the first petitioner is directed to map the sanction of five additional posts to the respondent college in the Integrated Financial and Human Resources Management System (IFHRMS) portal and thereafter the second petitioner is directed to proceed further. It is made clear that the entire process shall be completed within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order
5. Accordingly, the order dated 16.07.2024, passed by this Court in W.P.No.17982 of 2024, is clarified and the Review Application (W) stands disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to cost.
