ORDER

This Suo Motu Case is dealt with in an extraordinary manner by the Dedicated Bench, pursuant to Suo Motu W.P.(Crl.) No.618 of 2025.

2. After considering all the attending circumstances, including the nonavailability of the party and the futility in continuing the proceedings and taking note of the fact that the prosecution has already filed an application for withdrawal of prosecution, this Court has perused the material records of the case and is in agreement with the request made by the prosecution.

3. In view of the said request, this Court is of the considered opinion that the case need not remain on the file of the learned judge, Additional Mahila Court, Tiruppur any longer.

Accordingly, the case in C.C.No.1000244 of 2017 on the file of Additional Mahila Court, Tiruppur, Tiruppur Taluk, Tiruppur shall stands disposed of and this Suo Motu Transfer Case stands disposed of. 10.10.2025 nsl electronically alone. The Trial Court shall take note of the order and accordingly classify the case pending before them as allowed / dismissed / disposed of, etc, and while doing so, consider any applications such as disposal of properties, etc., and pass appropriate orders, as may be necessary.
