O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by S.M.SUBRAMANIAM, J.) The learned Standing Counsel for the respondents would submit that notices have been issued to the encroachers and the Authorities found that the petitioner is also an encroacher.

2. Since the enforcement actions have already been initiated, the respondents are directed to complete the enforcement actions and evict the encroachers, in view of the orders passed by this Court in the Writ Petition, within a period of three (3) weeks as per the undertaking given by the respondents through their Standing Counsel.
