O R D E R

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to second respondent to issue work site inspection certificate for him in respect of Serial Nos.1 and 2 in tender Notification in Tender Notice No.32/2024-2025/HDO/Dated 08.11.2024.

2. It is the case of the petitioner that the first respondent herein called for tenders for formation of alternate road to Udhagai via Manjanakkorai, Fernhill, Kandal, etc. As per the tender, conditions he has to upload site inspection certificate furnished by the second respondent along with his bid. The last date for submitting the bid is 18.12.2024 at 12.15p.m. Though the petitioner approached the second respondent requesting to issue site inspection certificate, the same 2/6

has not been issued. Hence, the petitioner has come before this Court.

Mr.G.Ameedius, learned Government Advocate, takes notice for the respondents would submit that if the petitioner appears before the second respondent tomorrow at 10.00 a.m., necessary certificate will be issued to the petitioner before 11.30 a.m. The said statement made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents is recorded.

In view of the same, the petitioner is directed to appear before the second respondent on 18.12.2024 at 10.00 a.m. The second respondent shall issue site inspection certificate to the petitioner, after conducting necessary inspection before 11.30 a.m.., on the very same day to enable the petitioner to submit his bid in time before 12.15 p.m.

5. With these direction, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
