This petition is filed to amend the prayer as Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the 1st respondent made in Ref.Letter No.070759/G.26/G.261/2021-2, dated 18.11.2024 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to issue suitable post on the ground of compassionate appointment to the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents has no objection in allowing this petition. Hence, this petition is allowed. 22.01.2025 raja Note: The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the cause title and list the writ petition on 14.02.2025.
