ORDER
This Application has been filed seeking extension of mandate of Arbitration Tribunal by six months.
2. The learned counsel for the respondents would submit that though they have no objection for extension of the Mandate, the liability of the interest for the extended period should not be mulcted on the respondents, in the event of the Arbitrator ultimately passing an award against the respondents.
3. The above apprehension of the respondents is reasonable. The learned Arbitrator shall take this factor into account while passing an award. This Application is ordered and accordingly, this Court is granted six months further time for completing the arbitration proceedings.
